Job summary

HCSC is seeking a communications professional to develop and execute varied communications for multiple audiences. You will interact with clients and management at all levels, draft and supervise production of materials, and mentor teammates.

The role requires strong editing/writing expertise and ability to work under deadlines. The position is a flex (Hybrid) role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote, with sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Arts or Business and 12 years corporate communications experience OR 15 years corporate communications experience working with senior level leadership.
• Experience as an editor and writer for an agency or media publication.
• Experience with communications tools, strategies and implementation processes.
• Experience leading others when working under pressure and when needing to meet short deadlines.
• Experience leading and working well with a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Experience working independently, taking responsibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a variety of communications to meet the needs of multiple audiences through interaction with clients and management at all levels of the corporations.
• Drafts, edits and supervises the production of communications (print, web, etc) to be distributed to a variety of audiences.
• Acts as a mentor to other team members.
