Seabury, Inc. is seeking Associate Vice President of Corporate Compliance to design, implement, and oversee an enterprise-wide compliance and risk management program across two Connecticut CCRCs.

This leader ensures adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, CARF-CCAC standards, and internal policies while promoting integrity across departments. The AVP oversees risk strategies tied to the organization’s captive insurance, including general liability and claims risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of progressive healthcare or senior living compliance experience, with leadership responsibility.
• Familiarity with CCRCs and CARF-CCAC accreditation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee an enterprise-wide compliance and risk program across two CT CCRCs.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, CARF-CCAC standards, and internal policies.
• Oversee compliance-related risk strategies tied to captive insurance programs: GL, claims risk management.
• Travel between Connecticut campuses and attend occasional board meetings.
