Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners seeks a strategic VP, Compliance hybrid role based in Stamford, CT. You will lead the enterprise compliance and privacy program across multi‑state practices, ASC facilities, and MSO operations, reporting to the CEO and governing bodies.

You will direct monitoring, risk assessment, investigations, and education initiatives. You will collaborate with legal, finance, IT, and physician leadership to implement robust controls, ensure regulatory readiness, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Industry‑standard healthcare compliance knowledge including HIPAA, Stark, False Claims Act.
• Professional certification in compliance preferred; ability to obtain within timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise compliance and privacy strategy across MSO entities.
• Serve as advisor to CEO and executive leadership; report on risks and audits.
• Lead enterprise compliance committee and risk assessment processes.
• Oversee monitoring, auditing, data analysis, and control testing.
• Direct the privacy program, including HIPAA and state privacy requirements.
