Job summary

Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance is seeking a Systems Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and advance our enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, backups, and cloud hosting.

We offer three experience levels (Level I: 2+ years, Level II: 7+ years, Level III: 10+ years) with opportunities to lead projects, mentor teammates, strengthen security, automate operations, and contribute to reliable technology services.

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field preferred.
Experience implementing and managing Windows Server, AD, DNS, and networking.
Experience with scripting and automation in enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems.
Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure system availability.
Support enterprise cloud platforms, hosting environments, and identity and access management.
Strengthen infrastructure security through vulnerability management, patching, and controls.
Collaborate with IT teams to implement improvements, automation, and scalable solutions.
Contribute to infrastructure planning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.
