Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, and TCP/IP networking.
• Scripting and automation, infrastructure troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system availability and reliability.
• Support enterprise cloud platforms, application hosting environments, and identity and access management.
• Strengthen infrastructure security through vulnerability management, system patching, and security controls.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement infrastructure improvements, automation, and scalable technology solutions.
• Contribute to infrastructure planning, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
