Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking Strategic Account Executives to target and close new business with our largest customers and prospects. You’ll uncover pain points for organizations operating in or migrating to cloud environments at scale and present the Datadog solution.

In a hybrid workplace, you’ll manage long sales cycles, build deep customer relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure accurate forecasts while traveling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing experience in field/enterprise sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding $1M+ quotas and $100k+ deals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process.
• Maintain and expand relationship maps for your territory with existing and aspirational contacts.
• Negotiate favorable pricing and terms by selling value and ROI.
• Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistent pipeline coverage.
