Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise cloud migration and solutioning initiatives across AWS or other public cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, cloud migration patterns, scalability, resiliency, security, and operational readiness.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working with third-party partners or managed service providers in large-scale delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise system architecture and engineering best practices in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proven collaboration and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and deliver technology outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level architectural guidance across migration initiatives.
• Lead migration discovery, assess architectures, and balance risks and dependencies.
• Coach engineering teams on troubleshooting, release readiness, and quality practices.
• Drive testing strategy and leverage quality metrics to improve outcomes.
• Define and execute the cloud migration roadmap on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, and program leadership to ensure compliance.
