Job summary

Banner Health seeks a senior cloud leader to drive the strategy and operations of enterprise cloud and infrastructure platforms. You will guide cloud modernization and reliability for a major healthcare system, shaping governance, migration, and security.

You will manage and develop a team of cloud engineers and SREs, partner with stakeholders to define SLAs, and optimize cloud cost while delivering scalable, compliant solutions for nationwide services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in engineering; 5+ years in cloud architecture.
• 3+ years with Kubernetes and experience with AI tools.
• Hands-on AWS/Azure experience and cloud cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define cloud strategy, service catalog, SLAs, and governance.
• Oversee cloud migration, automation, and security controls.
• Manage and develop a team of cloud engineers and SREs.
