Job summary

Eon is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect with cloud infrastructure expertise to design and implement the Eon's cloud backup solution for enterprise clients, guiding technical discussions with customers and internal teams.

You will lead onboarding, map business needs to solutions, share best practices, and travel up to 30% within the United States to workshops and engagements, helping drive product feedback into the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products.
• Experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) from a dev/ops perspective.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborates well with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel up to 30% within the US.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon, including proofs of concept and integration guidance.
• Partner with account executives to understand client requirements and configure Eon capabilities accordingly.
• Lead new client onboarding, mapping business needs and designing Eon's solution to solve problems.
• Advise on tracking implementation strategies and guide clients through deployment processes.
• Create and share best practices with clients via sample code, blogs, presentations, white papers, and workshops.
• Travel occasionally for workshops, implementation support and relationship building with clients.
• Gather client feedback, identify trends, and inform product roadmaps.
