Job summary
Eon is seeking a skilled Solutions Architect with cloud infrastructure expertise to design and implement our Cloud Backup Posture Management solution, aligning with customer goals and building trusted relationships.
You will lead technical discussions with enterprises, translate feedback into requirements for product and engineering teams, and travel up to 30% within the US to support clients.
Qualifications
- Significant experience with enterprises on cloud infrastructure products.
- Proficient in at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) from a DevOps perspective.
- Advanced technical troubleshooting and ability to design and implement custom solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborates cross-functionally.
- Willing to travel up to 30% within the US.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical advisor for enterprises evaluating Eon.
- Partner with account executives to map client requirements to Eon’s capabilities.
- Lead new client onboarding, mapping business needs and designing solutions.
- Advise on tracking implementations and guide clients through deployment.
- Create technical content (code samples, blogs, presentations) for clients.
- Travel occasionally for workshops and relationship-building with clients.
- Gather client feedback and influence product roadmaps.
