Job summary

Responsibilities

• Consult with business and operations to identify challenges and opportunities in technology use.
• Plan and prioritize architecture backlog to enable business epics and features.
• Perform design and code reviews to ensure non-functional requirements are met (security, performance, maintainability).
• Lead high-level architecture shaping with evolving business requirements.
• Educate team members on best practices and standardization strategies.
• Clarify architecture and assist with system design for development teams.
• Create architectural designs using best practices and templates.
• Suggest improvements to practices and templates as needed.
• Manage associates in the role when required.
• Champion inclusion and drive process, data, and talent outcomes.
• Deliver clear messages linking contributions to business results.
• Identify, escalate and resolve potential risks; coach and develop team members.
