Job summary

Mirantis in the United States seeks an Enterprise Architect to align the technology landscape of enterprise customers with business objectives. You will synthesize cloud, containers, OS, platform components, and AI to shape coherent target‑state architectures and roadmaps.

This role requires broad fluency across technologies and the ability to communicate clearly to executives and engineers. Travel to customer sites across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; 10+ years in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Experience in customer-facing architecture or advisory roles.
• Ability to align technology landscapes with business objectives and communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into technology direction for enterprise customers.
• Design target-state architectures that serve business objectives.
• Develop transformation roadmaps balancing value, risk, cost, and reality.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, and reference models.
• Evaluate cloud, container, infrastructure, and AI options with defensible recommendations.
• Act as trusted advisor between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Present architectures and roadmaps to executives and hands-on engineers.
• Engage onsite with customers across regions.
