Job summary

MFS Investment Management seeks an Sr. Architect to define target-state architectures for Cash and Collateral Management, DSS, and Portfolio Master platforms.

You will lead modernization efforts, drive Azure/OpenShift/Kubernetes adoption, and set standards for CI/CD, observability, and security across multiple teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture experience.
• Significant experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services.
• Experience architecting enterprise-scale, cloud-native, event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, OpenShift, Kubernetes, containers, and modern platform engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target-state architecture and technology roadmap for cash, collateral, DSS, and Portfolio Master platforms.
• Partner with business leadership to align technology investments with strategic objectives.
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, integration frameworks, and guardrails across domains.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve capabilities and efficiency.
• Drive cloud adoption and platform engineering across the enterprise.
