Job summary

MFS is hiring for a senior software lead in a hybrid role based in the United States. You will drive architecture and development for Eagle accounting and reference data modules, collaborating with Product Owners, Analysts and Operations to deliver scalable solutions across Portfolio Accounting, Performance Measurement and more.

You will mentor teams, enforce standards, and push modernization with Azure AI, Copilot, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–6+ years in Financial Services supporting Operations, Trading or Investment systems.
• Strong Eagle product knowledge and SDLC experience with Azure AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development across the full lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Analysts and Operations to deliver scalable solutions.
• Define technical standards, mentor teams, and drive complex initiatives.
• Architect solutions for Eagle modules including pricing and reference data.
• Support modernization efforts and operational efficiency initiatives.
