Job summary

HDR is seeking a Client Experience Director to lead HDR's enterprise-wide client experience strategy, strengthening relationships, improving outcomes, and differentiating HDR in the marketplace.

Working cross-functionally with business groups, operations, marketing, project delivery, client service, and corporate leaders, you will translate client insights into meaningful action and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, organizational leadership, engineering, architecture or related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide client experience program and define vision, strategy, governance, and implementation approach.
• Advocate for the Voice of the Client and ensure client perspectives influence decisions.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives translating client feedback into strategic actions and continuous improvement.
