Job summary

HDR is seeking a Client Experience Director to lead the enterprise-wide client experience strategy, strengthening client relationships and improving outcomes. You will partner with business groups, operations, marketing, project delivery, and corporate leaders to translate client insights into strategic actions.

The role requires strategic leadership, change management, and performance measurement to advance client loyalty and long-term growth within a global, matrixed HDR organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in A/E/C industry or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field; equivalent experience considered
• Experience leading large cross-functional strategic programs across complex organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide client experience program and governance.
• Advise and coach leaders on client feedback, relationships, and actions to drive loyalty.
• Oversee client feedback system, metrics, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with IT and marketing services to optimize CRM, dashboards, and analytics.
