Qualificações

• Master’s degree required in health administration, business, or related field.
• 8–10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare organization.
• 5+ years of experience in a Community Health Care Center or ambulatory healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated experience developing scalable, evidence-based clinical processes and care management protocols.
• Experience with EOS model preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of TWCCH across health centers and service lines.
• Lead and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and HRSA requirements.
• Drive population health initiatives and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize care delivery, standardize processes, and manage resources.
• Build partnerships with community organizations to address social determinants of health.
