Job summary

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Channels & Alliances Manager for the East Enterprise Region. You will own the channel motion, build partner-sourced pipeline, and accelerate deal velocity by turning partner strategy into repeatable plays used by the field.

You will onboard partners end-to-end, co-author joint business plans, and equip partners with enablement and plays to sell, build, and service with Elastic.

Qualifications

• Experience in channel or partner management, alliances, or partner-facing sales.
• Track record of generating partner-sourced pipeline and influencing revenue.
• Comfort in using CRM daily; pipeline hygiene and forecasting are core.

Responsibilities

• Partner-sourced pipeline generation and bookings for the assigned territory.
• Drive joint business planning with regional partners and map target accounts.
• Equip partners with enablement, assets, and plays for Elastic sales motions.
• Build, quality-check, and submit quotes across reseller, distributor, MSP, and hyperscaler motions.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and ensure opportunities have accurate statuses.
