Job summary

The Office of Financial Management (OFM) in Washington state is seeking an Organizational Change and Transition Management Officer to guide the One Washington Program through workforce readiness, communications, and adoption of new ERP-enabled processes.

You will develop an integrated change management strategy, coordinate across agencies, and lead efforts to build organizational readiness, reduce change fatigue, and sustain benefits across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change for large-scale ERP implementations.
• Ability to advise executives and align change initiatives with program goals.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of governance structures and readiness metrics.
• Experience in complex public-sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the OCM strategy and roadmaps aligned with program milestones.
• Lead readiness and adoption activities, including metrics and heat maps.
• Provide strategic leadership on employee engagement and workforce resilience.
• Oversee communications, training, and capability-building for stakeholders.
• Lead OCM and Training teams with performance coaching and resource planning.
• Establish measures of effectiveness and inform leadership decisions.
