Job summary

The Office of Financial Management (OFM) in Washington state seeks two Test Phase Leads to guide testing for a statewide ERP implementation. You will coordinate testing across finance, procurement, HR, and reporting, ensuring systems operate as intended before go-live.

Leaders will manage dependencies, risks, data readiness, and environmental stability while collaborating with technical teams, business reps, and program leadership to deliver accurate testing results aligned with the enterprise

Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes and readiness activities within complex environments.
• Ability to coordinate interdependent work across teams and agencies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional decision-making in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to analyze issues, assess risks, and recommend actions.
• Organize complex work, manage dependencies, and meet milestones.
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of QA principles, readiness practices, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms and enterprise testing approaches.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute testing phases, develop integrated scenarios across systems.
• Ensure end-to-end test coverage and cross-system validation.
• Coordinate matrixed testing resources across agencies and teams.
• Manage testing logistics, data, environments, and release readiness.
• Provide readiness inputs and defect/E2E risk assessments to leadership.
