Job summary

Vallen is seeking an Organizational Change Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide projects and drive transformation across the organization. You will apply ADKAR and other change frameworks, coordinate communications, and manage training and adoption activities to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and organized leader with 3–5+ years of project management experience, knowledge of change management, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or related field with 3–5+ years leading enterprise-scale projects.
• 2+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, project coordination, communications, or related field.
• Working knowledge of change management frameworks, particularly ADKAR or Prosci methodology.
• Expertise with project management tools like Microsoft Project or Smartsheet; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Apply ADKAR and other structured frameworks to identify gaps in awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
• Track adoption metrics and surface resistance signals early; recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain change management deliverables, logs, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Draft change-related communications for impacted employee groups; coordinate with PMO and Communications teams.
• Plan and facilitate monthly Change Agent calls; manage action items and follow-through.
• Coordinate and facilitate ADKAR certification sessions; support training facilitators to improve session design.
