Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Change Management Specialist in the Tampa area to serve as the primary change management SME within the Business Excellence & Transformation group. This role will build and mature change capabilities, standards, tools, and best practices across the enterprise, partnering with project managers, sponsors, and leaders to successfully deliver strategic initiatives.

The role leads the people side of change for multiple projects, including stakeholder engagement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years leading organizational change initiatives.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise-level projects alongside Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to integrate change management into enterprise initiatives.
• Lead change management strategies for multiple concurrent projects.
• Conduct stakeholder, impact, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Develop communication, engagement, and adoption plans.
• Coach executive sponsors, leaders, and managers through organizational change.
• Partner with Communications and Learning & Development on project-specific communications and training.
• Identify and mitigate organizational risks and resistance.
• Measure adoption, utilization, and change effectiveness through KPIs.
• Establish the organization's change management methodology, governance, templates, and playbooks.
• Build organizational change management capability across the business.
