Job summary

Milacron in Batavia, OH is seeking a Change Management & Process Improvement Specialist to lead the people side of our business transformation, guiding teams through new processes, tools, and AI-enabled practices across engineering, supply chain and operations.

You will map current-state processes, design future-state workflows, develop role-based training, write stakeholder communications, and establish adoption metrics to ensure sustained change after go-live.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial/Operations Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in change management, process improvement, organizational development, business transformation, or a related field.
• Experience leading process redesign or technology-enabled change such as ERP, automation, or digital workplace rollout.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and an understanding of AI impact on organizational work.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical guidance for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to map current-state processes and design future-state workflows.
• Apply Lean tools such as value stream mapping, visual management, 5 Whys, and problem solving.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, readiness evaluations, and role-based skills assessments.
• Prepare employees for changes in tools, systems, and ways of working.
• Design and deliver role-based training to build process discipline and digital literacy.
• Write clear communications about purpose, impact, and support resources.
• Define adoption metrics and track performance and business value.
• Identify resistance and gaps, addressing barriers to adoption.
• Coach leaders to sponsor change and reinforce new behaviors.
• Establish standard work, governance, and continuous improvement after go-live.
