Job summary
U.S. Bank is modernizing its ITSM ecosystem, seeking an experienced Change Management leader to own governance, policy, and risk controls. You will collaborate with CAB stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to drive platform improvements and regulatory alignment.
The role emphasizes enterprise change enablement, analytics, and evidence-based governance to improve service reliability and operational resilience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- ITIL Service Management Foundation certification.
- 10+ years of experience with assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential applications.
- 3+ years of experience within a total IT environment.
- 3+ years of experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead Enterprise Change Management and governance activities.
- Collaborate with CAB governance for risk assessment and decisions.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for governance, resilience, and compliance.
- Define change policies, approvals, and risk methodologies.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations.
- Drive ServiceNow optimization and automation initiatives.
- Monitor policies and drive continual improvement.
