You will facilitate, train, develop methodologies, evaluate processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to map and reengineer end-to-end workflows in enterprise systems. This role requires a current SECRET clearance, ServiceNow expertise, and strong communication skills to document requirements, write user stories,

Qualifikationen

• Current U.S. Government IT-I/IT-II/SECRET clearance; sponsorship not provided.
• ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Certification required.
• 4+ years’ experience in business process reengineering with increasing responsibilities.
• 7+ years’ relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.).
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present frequent business presentations.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate, train, and develop methodologies for process reengineering across project phases.
• Analyze end-to-end processes and model data to support enterprise-wide improvements.
• Create and assess performance measurements; drive change management and QA.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to validate requirements and UIs.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow workflows and rules.
