Corteva Agriscience is seeking a Process Excellence Leader to guide enterprise change management, continuous improvement, and analytics. This role partners with Technology, Finance, HR, and Operations to drive measurable business outcomes.

Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, establish governance for improvement programs, and build data-driven decision making across the organization. This position emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in organizational change management, operational excellence, quality, analytics, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational change and enterprise improvement programs.
• Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Experience building and leading business intelligence, reporting, and analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and framework.
• Lead change management efforts for strategic initiatives, business transformations, digital programs, and organizational changes.
• Establish change management standards, methodologies, tools, and governance processes.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Assess organizational readiness, change impacts, adoption risks, and mitigation strategies.
