Job summary

Relha LLC seeks a Process Excellence Leader to drive enterprise change management, continuous improvement, BI, and analytics, aligning people, processes, and data to deliver measurable outcomes.

As a strategic leader, you will partner with Technology, Finance, HR, Operations, and executives to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision making, building capabilities and sustaining improvements across the organization.

Job description

The Process Excellence Leader manages the organization's enterprise change management, continuous improvement, business intelligence, and analytics functions. This role is responsible for driving successful business transformation, fostering a culture of operational excellence, enabling data-driven decision making, and ensuring sustainable adoption of strategic initiatives across the enterprise.

As a strategic leader, the Director partners with Technology, Business Functions, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to maximize organizational effectiveness through structured change management, quality improvement methodologies, and advanced analytics capabilities. The position serves as a catalyst for enterprise transformation by aligning people, processes, and data to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Change Management
  • Develop and execute the enterprise Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and framework.
  • Lead change management efforts for strategic initiatives, business transformations, digital programs, and organizational changes.
  • Establish change management standards, methodologies, tools, and governance processes.
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities.
  • Assess organizational readiness, change impacts, adoption risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Partner with executive leaders to build change leadership capabilities throughout the organization.
  • Measure and report change adoption, business readiness, and value realization outcomes.
  • Drive employee engagement and support successful transition through periods of organizational change.
Six Sigma Quality & Continuous Improvement
  • Lead the enterprise continuous improvement and quality management program.
  • Establish Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence methodologies across the organization.
  • Identify, prioritize, and facilitate business process improvement opportunities.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action planning for key operational challenges.
  • Develop quality standards, performance measures, and improvement frameworks.
  • Lead enterprise process optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Coach leaders and teams on process improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Ensure sustainable controls and performance monitoring are implemented following improvement initiatives.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
  • Define and execute the organization's business intelligence and analytics strategy.
  • Lead the development of executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance reporting.
  • Establish data governance, reporting standards, and analytics best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for data-driven decision making.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable insights and analytical solutions.
  • Lead development of enterprise reporting, visualization, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Drive advanced analytics and predictive insights to improve strategic decision making.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting environments.
  • Promote data literacy and analytical capabilities throughout the organization.
Enterprise Performance Management
  • Develop and maintain enterprise performance measurement frameworks.
  • Establish key organizational metrics aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Provide executive leadership with insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Integrate change adoption, operational performance, and business outcomes into a cohesive performance management approach.
  • Support strategic planning and performance review processes.
Governance & Strategic Enablement
  • Establish governance processes supporting change, quality, and analytics initiatives.
  • Prioritize improvement and transformation initiatives based on business value.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational objectives, strategic initiatives, and performance outcomes.
  • Facilitate executive forums focused on operational effectiveness and business transformation.
  • Support enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution efforts.
Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of change management, process improvement, quality, and analytics professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Build organizational capabilities in change leadership, operational excellence, and analytics.
  • Develop succession plans and talent strategies for critical functions.
  • Influence senior executives and stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Champion data-driven decision making and continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in organizational change management, operational excellence, quality, analytics, or business transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizational change and enterprise improvement programs.
  • Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Experience building and leading business intelligence, reporting, and analytics functions.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead through organizational complexity.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
Preferred
  • MBA or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with enterprise analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar technologies.
  • Experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
