Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Seattle is seeking an experienced Strategy and Transformation consultant to help leading organizations reinvent their strategies, services and operating models. You’ll shape AI-enabled transformations, drive adoption, and collaborate across strategy, technology and data to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead change programs, guide senior stakeholders, and develop leadership narratives.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of change and transformation leadership experience.
• Proven ability to shape change strategies and OCM frameworks.
• Experience measuring adoption, KPIs, and value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale change programs and adoption strategies across complex workstreams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to shaping organizational change strategy and governance.
• Drive executive alignment across stakeholder ecosystems with leadership narratives.
• Oversee change execution at scale including communications, training, readiness, and AI adoption deliverables.
• Lead high-performing teams and contribute to business development and client relationships.
