Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking a Division Merchandise Manager to lead enterprise category strategy for Convenience & Packaged Food across divisions. You will drive cost of goods, strengthen vendor partnerships, and create differentiated product opportunities at scale.

You will develop Buyers, partner with General Merchandise Managers and the Creative Center of Excellence, and guide a high‑performing team to deliver strategic sourcing and product innovation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing enterprise category strategies across multiple divisions.
• Strong negotiation skills with vendor partners and ability to influence at scale.
• Ability to translate market trends into differentiated product opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Category and Cost of Goods Strategy to improve terms, quality, and scalability.
• Build Strategic Vendor Partnerships with clear performance expectations and vendor management.
• Lead Product Innovation and Market Intelligence by tracking trends and identifying opportunities.
• Build and Lead the Buying Team with clear accountability and succession planning.
