Job summary

Event Network, Inc. seeks a Division Merchandise Manager for Convenience & Packaged Food to lead enterprise category strategy across divisions, leveraging scale, intelligence, and buying power to improve cost of goods and create compelling product opportunities.

This role combines merchandising, negotiation, and people leadership. You will develop Buyers, build vendor relationships, stay connected to market trends, and partner with GMMs and the Creative Center of Excellence to translate business

Qualifications

• Proficiency creating polished presentations in Canva and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills with prioritization and timelines.
• Proficiency with Monday.com or similar PM platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build reports and analyze data.
• Ability to interpret business and sales data and translate into decisions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple projects.
• Proficiency creating polished presentations in Canva and PowerPoint (duplicate).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise category strategy, cost of goods, vendor relationships and product innovation.
• Build strategic vendor partnerships and negotiate terms for sustainable value.
• Lead product innovation and market intelligence across divisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing Buying team with clear accountability.
• Collaborate with General Merchandise Managers and Creative Center of Excellence.
