Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in related field; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience accepted.
• Experience facilitating workshops with senior leaders and driving strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal consulting and change leadership at enterprise level.
• Link business strategy to capabilities, people, processes, technology, and information.
• Assist senior leaders with large, complex business problems and drive improvements.
• Apply business management tools (e.g., SWOT, Scenario Planning) to enable data-driven decisions.
• Develop and maintain enterprise business architecture models.
• Translate strategies into roadmaps and annual project portfolios.
• Analyze current/future states, performance gaps, and root causes.
• Influence leaders to apply business planning disciplines to achieve goals.
