Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Principal Architect - Business to bridge business strategy and IT execution. You will lead the design of capability-based solutions, align technology with business goals, and guide architecture across a hybrid IT landscape.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
8-10+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, strategy, or business/IT consulting.
Strong understanding of healthcare provider (ASC) business models and operating structures.
Experience building and mapping business capabilities to processes, applications, and data.
Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITSM, and ITIL frameworks; certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, promote, and evangelize the enterprise business capabilities model and the mappings that connect capabilities to processes, applications, data, and strategic outcomes.
Own the alignment between business needs and technology, ensuring IT strategy and solutions advance the company’s business objectives.
Provide strategic consultation to assigned business customers in designing capability-based solutions and organizational structures.
