Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10+ years in business architecture, strategy, or consulting.
• 2-5+ years in architect or leadership roles.
• Solid understanding of ASC healthcare provider models.
• Experience mapping capabilities to processes, applications and data.
• Familiarity with BizBOK in healthcare.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, ArchiMate, ITSM, ITIL; certification preferred.
• Strong conceptual modeling and ownership from inception to delivery.
• Fluency in modern IT management concepts (planning, governance, portfolio).
• Ability to communicate value to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise business capability models and mappings to processes, apps, data and outcomes.
• Align IT strategy and solutions with business objectives.
• Consult business customers on capability based solutions and org structures.
• Guide IT to become a business value-driven partner.
• Collaborate with PMO and stakeholders to understand projects and ensure EA adherence.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support business case development and cost-benefit analysis.
• Architect business solutions leveraging existing capabilities.
• Provide portfolio governance to drive lifecycle optimization.
