The Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst II at BOK Financial Corporation supports reporting and analytics initiatives across the organization. You will work with analysts and business partners to deliver insights and lead report development and analysis projects aligned with business goals.

You will emphasize clear visualization using Power BI and related tools, translate business needs into actionable reports, and drive improvements while communicating findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of direct experience with BI visualization tools and their implementation.
• Experience with Power BI or similar tools (Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong dashboard design and data visualization skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
