Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking an Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst II to support reporting and analytics initiatives enterprise-wide. You will join a team delivering insights and leading report development for business objectives.

The role emphasizes visualization, stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging Power BI and other BI tools to drive decisions across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline; 3+ years of experience.
• Minimum of three years of direct experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of dashboards, data visualization and reports.
• Ability to work with large data sets and communicate trends and insights.
• Independently drive projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead report development projects focusing on visualization, design and automation.
• Translate business needs into meaningful reports and insights through requirements collection.
• Demonstrate reports to stakeholders and create supporting tools for use.
• Recommend reporting improvements and drive related development efforts.
• Coordinate delivery and issue resolution with business partners.
