Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking an Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst II to support reporting and analytics initiatives enterprise-wide. You will join a team delivering insights and leading report development for business objectives.

The role emphasizes visualization, stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging Power BI and other BI tools to drive decisions across multiple lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline; 3+ years of experience.
• Minimum of three years of direct experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Strong SQL skills.
• Solid understanding of dashboards, data visualization and reports.
• Ability to work with large data sets and communicate trends and insights.
• Independently drive projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

The Enterprise Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for supporting reporting and analytics initiatives across BOKF. This position works with a team of analysts and business partners to deliver management insights and leads report development and analysis projects in support of business objectives.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will lead report development projects with a focus on effective visualization, design, and automation.
• You will manage the business requirements collection and documentation to effectively translate business needs into meaningful reports and insights.
• You will ensure primary stakeholders understand how to use reports through demonstrations and creation of supporting tools.
• You will recommend reporting improvements and lead the corresponding development efforts to enhance existing reporting.
• You will manage reporting routines and coordinate with business partners on delivery and issue resolution
• You will research and communicate the latest advancements in Power BI and other data visualization tools.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline and 3+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum of three years of direct experience with BI visualization tools and their implementation, ideally PowerBI or similar tools such as Tableau or Qlik
• Strong SQL skills
• Solid understanding of design principles and aesthetics of business dashboards, data visualization and reports
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and effectively communicate trends and insights
• Must be able to define, shape, and drive projects to completion independently while effectively collaborating with others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work well individually as well as in cross-functional project teams
• Basic database understanding and data modelling is a plus
