Job summary

Mercury is seeking a Business Continuity Management (BCM) Lead to build and lead an enterprise-wide continuity program as we prepare to become a bank. This role reports to the CRO and collaborates with Engineering, Operations, Product, Information Security, Legal, and Compliance to ensure readiness of critical services.

You will own the enterprise framework, drive BIAs, tests, and remediation, and help embed continuity into products and technology.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business continuity management, operational resilience, disaster recovery, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Mercury's enterprise BCM framework, policies, standards, governance, and operating model.
• Partner with business owners to identify critical services and map dependencies across people, processes, technology, facilities, and third parties.
• Establish recovery time objectives (RTOs) and recovery point objectives (RPOs) with business and technology owners; drive remediation.
• Set standards for continuity plans and recovery procedures and support owners in developing actionable plans.
• Coordinate BCM with technology disaster recovery, incident response, and crisis management, including escalation and communications.
