Mercury is seeking a Business Continuity Management Lead to build and lead an enterprise BCM program as we prepare to become a bank. You will own the framework, coordinate across business and technology, and drive exercises, gaps remediation, and readiness reporting to senior leadership.

You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, InfoSec, Legal, and Compliance to embed continuity into products and transformations, with a hands-on start to BIAs and recovery planning.

Formación

• 10+ years in business continuity management, operational resilience, disaster recovery, or related discipline in fintech or regulated environments.
• Experience building or enhancing enterprise BCM programs with governance, implementation, testing and reporting.
• Strong skills in business impact analysis, dependency mapping, recovery objective development, and leading exercises.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement enterprise BCM framework, policies, governance, and operating model with a roadmap aligned to bank-launch readiness.
• Coordinate with owners to identify critical services, map dependencies, and set RTOs/RPOs with accountability.
• Lead risk-based exercise program, drive remediation, and report readiness to leadership.
