Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a hands-on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Manager to lead the enterprise resilience program. You will drive planning, development, testing, and execution across BC, DR, and Crisis/Incident management with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires senior-level experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to coordinate across technology, operations, and security to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field with 10+ years of hands-on BC/DR experience including leadership.
• Or High School Diploma or GED with 14+ years of hands-on BC/DR experience including leadership.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance as it applies to BCDR planning.
• Financial Services/Banking industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise resiliency strategy aligned to objectives and risk appetite.
• Provide leadership to managers responsible for Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Vendor Resilience programs.
• Establish governance, standards, and testing frameworks for readiness and recovery capabilities.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify critical services and mitigate resilience risks.
• Lead resilience assessments, exercises, and crisis preparedness activities to validate recovery capabilities.
• Drive continuous improvement through metrics, reporting, and lessons learned from incidents and tests.
