1Password, a leader in enterprise password management, is hiring an Intermediate Developer for the Enterprise Tenants and Policies team. This remote role supports multi-tenancy, policy management, and admin console improvements across services in a microservices setup.

The role requires 2+ years of software development experience, backend language familiarity (Go/Node.js/Ruby/Python), and a strong testing mindset. Collaboration across teams and on-call availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with a modern backend language (Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
• Strong testing and debugging practices and code quality mindset.
• Comfortable working across multiple services and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, and maintain production software for enterprise features.
• Build multi-tenant, linked accounts, policy management, and admin console enhancements.
• Contribute to transitioning from a monolithic app to a microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with partner teams on authentication, authorization, insights, and managed services.
• Mentor junior teammates and participate in planning, estimation, and design documents.
