Job summary

Concept Plus LLC is seeking a Video Services Installation Technician to install, integrate, and sustain enterprise AV and collaboration systems across client sites in the continental US. The role involves deployment of displays, video walls, cameras, microphones, and control systems, with emphasis on Teams Rooms and conferencing tech.

You will read schematics, wire and terminate cabling, assemble equipment racks, and troubleshoot issues in conference rooms and classrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, integrating, and supporting AV and unified communications systems in enterprise environments.
• Experience deploying Microsoft Teams Rooms or similar enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with AV over IP, network connectivity, and AV signal flow.
• CTS, CTS-I or similar certifications are a plus; relevant manufacturer certifications are desirable.
• Ability to perform physical installation work and travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and integrate AV and collaboration systems, including displays, cameras, microphones, and speakers.
• Deploy and configure control systems (Extron, Crestron, Q-SYS, or equivalent).
• Install and test structured cabling and racks; ensure proper labeling and cable management.
• Support Teams Rooms and related conferencing technologies; perform commissioning and testing.
• Troubleshoot system issues on-site and remotely; perform preventive maintenance.
