Job summary

Rockbot is hiring a Solutions Engineer to drive technical sales conversations and assist in closing enterprise deals. You will lead technical discovery, design solutions, and support the sales process as the subject matter expert.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, requiring technical proficiency and clear communication. The base salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, plus additional compensation based on performance and contributions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or related roles.
• Experience with in‑venue technology is preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware/software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AEs to qualify and close opportunities.
• Lead technical discovery conversations.
• Own technical sections of RFP responses.

Skills

5+ years in pre‑sales or solutions engineering

Strong demo and presentation skills

Excellent written communication skills

Experience with Salesforce

Comfort in technical conversations
