Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture and Process Transformation leader in Texas to map current processes, design future-state architectures, and drive technology-enabled improvements across the organization. You will lead cross-functional workshops, develop business cases, and ensure compliance with NERC, FERC, and PUCT frameworks.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ROI-driven initiatives, and collaboration with Market Operations and Grid Reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience in enterprise architecture and process improvement.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance (NERC, FERC, PUCT).

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-level process and capability architectures.
Map, analyze, and assess current processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and redundancies.
Lead cross-functional workshops to uncover optimization and innovation opportunities.
Design reengineered future-state processes aligned with goals and compliance.
Recommend and evaluate technology-enabled improvements—automation, AI, predictive analytics, workflow intelligence.
Build business cases, cost–benefit analyses, and ROI models for transformation initiatives.
Oversee post-implementation performance, measuring and refining process outcomes.
