Job summary

You will build wave plans, synchronize SAP with Exacta, analyze open orders, and drive lean initiatives to improve cost, cycle time, and service levels. Strong experience in SAP, Exacta, and warehouse execution systems is essential, along with a university degree and 5+ years

Qualifications

• University degree in supply chain or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain execution or distribution operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, Exacta and warehouse execution systems.
• Familiarity with corporate planning systems (O9, TLM, PDS, LPWB, Qlikview).
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Extensive experience in Lean processes and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with transportation, sales, account services, corporate brand teams and distribution operations to create wave plans meeting order cycle times.
• Create balanced distribution wave plans using SAP, Exacta and picking technologies.
• Synchronize SAP with Exacta to optimize system synergies and generate custom reports.
• Build relationships with GBSC, CSRM, account services, manufacturing sites, sales and retailers to ensure shipment plans are achieved.
• Generate and analyze open order reports and retailer pick-up schedules to maintain cycle times.
• Analyze SKU velocity to optimize slotting and storage across facilities.
• Lead lean initiatives to improve accuracy, cost and cycle time in the distribution supply chain.
