Job summary

The Select Group seeks a Manager, Enterprise Architecture in Houston, TX to lead the architecture function, govern standards, and execute roadmaps in alignment with business strategy. You will guide a team of enterprise architects and partner with senior leaders to deliver architecture artifacts and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have formal leadership experience in enterprise architecture or equivalent.
• Experience developing architecture standards, reference models, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Experience with architecture governance processes and cross-functional architecture forums.
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enterprise Architecture team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Establish and improve the EA operating model, governance structure, processes, methods, and metrics.
• Lead Architecture Review Board, Technology Innovation Review, Architecture Community of Practice and related forums.
• Align architecture priorities with enterprise strategy, investment planning, and portfolio roadmaps.
• Oversee development of architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, roadmaps, and repositories.
• Ensure consistent architecture decision-making, documentation, and risk tracking across initiatives.
• Manage EA tooling, data quality, repositories, dashboards, and reporting.
