Job summary

Recru is seeking a Cybersecurity Architecture Manager in Houston, Texas, to lead the cybersecurity architecture within the IT Security & Compliance organization. The successful candidate will govern security designs aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements, focusing on comprehensive cybersecurity architecture across multiple domains.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in security architecture, proven leadership in guiding design standards, and a strong ability to drive security governance across complex systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and secure solution design.
• Experience in medium to large-scale enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the organization’s cybersecurity architecture.
• Lead security architecture governance and architectural review processes.
• Collaborate with teams to mature security architecture governance.
