A leading technology company is seeking an Enterprise Architect specializing in Front Office processes. The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Architect specializing in Front Office processes to join our team of enterprise architects representing the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role involves streamlining business processes, enhancing digital capabilities by eliminating redundancies within our digital product portfolio, and making architectural decisions to address complex business challenges.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for Front Office processes and solutions that support the customer journey from initial product interest to sale completion and payment collection on current platforms. They will also provide guidance on new capabilities within the domain.
This role requires developing and managing an IT roadmap aligned with our business strategy and fostering innovation in self-service support and automation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of improving digital environments and a strong commitment to data integrity and excellence.

Every position offers growth opportunities, from Junior to Principal Architect, including hands-on experience and learning opportunities.
The compensation range in the US is $173,280 to $329,280, depending on location, skills, and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted accordingly. The salary will not be below applicable minimum wages.
This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus based on performance, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and time off. If applicable, you may participate in a sales commission plan.
