The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Enterprise Architect specializing in Front Office processes to join our team of enterprise architects representing the Chief Information Officer (CIO). This role involves streamlining business processes, enhancing digital capabilities by eliminating redundancies within our digital product portfolio, and making architectural decisions to address complex business challenges.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership for Front Office processes and solutions that support the customer journey from initial product interest to sale completion and payment collection on current platforms. They will also provide guidance on new capabilities within the domain.

This role requires developing and managing an IT roadmap aligned with our business strategy and fostering innovation in self-service support and automation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of improving digital environments and a strong commitment to data integrity and excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting and maturing a platform-first strategy around customer lifecycle management capabilities using platforms like SAP, Adobe Marketo, and SugarCRM.
• Creating and maintaining technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives to guide IT investments and enterprise priorities.
• Producing high-level design documents in collaboration with Solution Architects for major projects, ensuring alignment with standards and goals.
• Leading the Front Office Solution Architects in evaluating architectural options and capturing final decisions.
• Leading design review sessions for system changes, ensuring compliance with principles and scalability.
• Utilizing tools like Signavio to document, analyze, and optimize business processes.
• Using LeanIX to oversee the application portfolio, driving rationalization, cost efficiency, and alignment with organizational needs.

Your Future at Kyndryl

Every position offers growth opportunities, from Junior to Principal Architect, including hands-on experience and learning opportunities.

The compensation range in the US is $173,280 to $329,280, depending on location, skills, and experience. For part-time roles, compensation will be adjusted accordingly. The salary will not be below applicable minimum wages.

This position is eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus based on performance, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, disability, retirement, paid leave, and time off. If applicable, you may participate in a sales commission plan.

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of engineering and architecture experience supporting CRM domains
• Strong background in architecture methodology
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Experience modeling and streamlining business processes
• Practical experience with CRM tools, including some familiarity with SugarCRM
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud tools (Experience Manager, Marketo, Analytics, etc.)
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools like iCertis
