Job summary

IBM Finance & Operations is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define end-to-end architecture for Confluent Business Systems, aligning business strategy with data platforms, integrations, and revenue workflows.

You will guide architecture across quote-to-cash, pricing, billing, and ERP ecosystems, partnering with leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, and Engineering to enable scalable, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or related field.
Experience designing end-to-end architectures across quote-to-cash / revenue operations.
Deep fluency in SaaS applications, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Experience with consumption-based or subscription billing models.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end enterprise architecture vision and multi-year roadmap across CRM, CPQ, CLM, usage and billing platforms.
Design scalable flows from customer acquisition to revenue accounting and billing.
Develop roadmaps balancing delivery value, platform reliability, cost, and security.
Translate objectives into coherent application, integration, and data investments with clear sequencing.
Coach BSAs and engineers to improve solution design and engineering practices.
