Job summary

Technatomy Corporation is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to design governed applications, workflows, portals, and Dataverse structures supporting Army Finance modernization. The architect will align Microsoft Power Platform with D365 F&O for Finance and Supply Chain, ensuring secure, accessible, and auditable solutions that preserve data ownership.

Remote within the United States; citizenship and background checks required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise application delivery, 3+ in Power Platform design.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, security, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with D365 F&O and at least one production implementation.
• Govern environments, data policies, access boundaries, reusable designs, and performance.
• Design controlled app/workflow integrations preserving data and approvals.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design decisions for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Define environment strategy, access boundaries, data-loss-prevention policies, and lifecycle controls.
• Design integrations with D365 F&O, data integration platforms, SharePoint, and authorized services.
• Establish reusable components, connectors, service identities, packaging and deployment approaches.
• Review financial-feeder workflows for validation, approvals, segregation of duties, and audit evidence.
• Coordinate UX, accessibility, performance, capacity, and operational support requirements.
• Validate service availability and deployment choices against Government environment.
• Guide developers through architecture reviews, testing, releases, and readiness.

We are seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect to design governed applications, workflows, portals, and Dataverse structures supporting Army Finance modernization. The architect will align Microsoft Power Platform with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) solution, including Finance and Supply Chain Management, and approved integration services, guiding secure, accessible, and supportable solutions that preserve financial controls and authoritative data ownership.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead architecture and design decisions for approved Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse solutions.
• Define environment strategy, access boundaries, data-loss-prevention policies, and lifecycle controls.
• Design integrations with D365 F&O, the data integration platform, SharePoint, and authorized services.
• Establish reusable components, connector patterns, service identities, and supported solution packaging and deployment approaches.
• Review financial-feeder workflows for validation, approval controls, segregation of duties, and audit evidence.
• Coordinate user experience, accessibility, performance, capacity, and operational support requirements.
• Validate service availability and deployment choices against the approved Government environment and scope.
• Guide developers through architecture reviews, technical issues, testing, releases, and operational readiness.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, including 3+ years designing Power Platform solutions.
• Experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, security, connectors, and lifecycle management.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with D365 F&O and participating in at least one production platform implementation.
• Ability to govern environments, data policies, access boundaries, reusable designs, and performance.
• Ability to design controlled application and workflow integrations that preserve authoritative data and business approvals.
• Ability to communicate architectural decisions and guide functional, development, security, and operational stakeholders.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS DESIRED

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions in Government cloud environments.
• Experience with financial workflows, audit evidence, or enterprise ERP modernization.
• Experience applying accessibility requirements and human-centered design to low-code solutions.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and professional experience.

CLEARANCE / SUITABILITY

• Must meet Government citizenship and background check requirements. Any required security clearance and access approvals must be obtained before accessing Government systems or project data and maintained throughout the assignment.

WORK LOCATION

• Remote within the United States.
