Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a business-facing Enterprise Application Support Specialist II to provide Tier 2 technical support for enterprise applications supporting business operations. You will troubleshoot issues, resolve root causes, and coordinate with Oracle Fusion ERP teams and vendors to ensure smooth operations across ERP and HCM processes.

Proficiency in SQL and integration technologies with middleware and APIs is required, along with strong communication to translate technical details

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise applications.
Alternatively, 5–7 years of enterprise application support experience may substitute for the degree.
Hands-on experience with Oracle enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion.
Strong understanding of ERP and/or HCM applications and business processes.
Strong SQL skills, preferably moderate to advanced level.
Experience with middleware, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data flows.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2/L2 application support for Oracle Fusion ERP and related enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendors.
